Reservation Rules & Policy:

1. All rates are in Thai Baht and are inclusive 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
2. Rates are inclusive of American Breakfast for max. 2 persons, except 2-Bedroom Suite that includes max. 4 persons.
3. Transfer rate: Phuket International Airport – Hotel @ THB 1,000.- per car per way (Maximum 3 people)
4. Peak season has a minimum stay of 3 nights

Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation during 1/11/11 – 20/12/11 and 11/1/12 – 31/3/12 must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival or penalty 1
night.
2. Cancellation during 21/12/11 – 10/1/12 must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival or penalty 3 nights.
3. Cancellation during Now – 31/10/11 and 1/4/12– 31/10/12 must be made at least 2 days prior to arrival or penalty 1 night.

No Show & Early Check-out
In case of NO Show, there is a minimum penalty charge of one night, except for the peak season, No Show penalty will be
charged at 100% of the total value of booking.

Early Check-out
Early Check-out with reasonable cause is possible but will incur a fee.  The minimum early check out charge is one night.

Child Policy:
1. Child at the age of 2 – 11 years old, sharing the same room with parents without requiring an extra bed only pay for ABF
@THB 150.
2. Child age 12 years or older will be required to pay for an extra bed.

Check-in and Check-out Time:
1. Check-in Time: 1400 Hrs
2. Check-out Time: 1200 Hrs (noon)
